Who we are

With roots dating back to 1664 the Pennsylvania State Constable has been “First in Law Enforcement” often known as the people’s peace officer. It is an elected or appointed office, directly under the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s executive branch with statewide jurisdiction. The Pa State Constable is also the only law enforcement permitted to be at our election polls, safeguarding one of our most American rights. Casey Smith has been a native of Northwestern PA almost his entire life. This, along with a passion to be a positive influence, and impact on the safety of our local communities has been the directing factor in his work. “In God We Trust” is our life, not just a sticker or a slogan.
